Granliden Real Estate
Granliden on Lake Sunapee is a four-season resort community located in Sunapee. It consists of 150 acres with a nine hole golf course, clay and all weather tennis courts, 400 feet of beautiful sandy beach, marina, pool, playground and nature trails. The community consists of 108 townhouse units and six single family dwellings located on the site of the old Granliden Hotel. The private golf course has been in existence since 1898 and redesigned by Walter Travis in 1925. It is part of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System. The marina consists of 33 slips and 18 moorings and water side club house. The sandy beach gentle slopes into the water and is marked off with safety buoys.
