Fisher's Bay on Lake Sunapee

Fisher's Bay is a private community on the Western shore of Lake Sunapee in the town of Sunapee. Developed in 1967 by Dexter Richards, it consists of 52 lots of record on approximately 60 acres. The residents shared amenities include over 200 feet of sandy beach with club house, a protected boat basin marina and two tennis courts. Each home site is around an acre with homes built to take advantage of private wooded settings. Fisher's Bay’s close proximity to Mt. Sunapee skiing, public and private golf courses and Lake Sunapee boating provide residents here a reason for all seasons.
