Blodgett Landing on Lake Sunapee
Located on the Eastern shore of Lake Sunapee in the town of Newbury. Blodgett Landing is steeped in history, it was originally established as a church “spiritualist” community in 1876. Now the residence enjoy close proximity to Lake Sunapee and share a beautiful lake side park. There is also a mooring field with use by lottery to the Blodgett Landing Association members. This is a close knit community, where the sound of a slamming screen door welcomes in summer.
