In 1997, Harbor Light Realty became the first fully-staffed real estate agency in Sunapee. While others have come and gone, only Harbor Light has provided buyers and sellers an established team of professionals with deep roots in the Lake Sunapee community right from the beginning.

Bob Vigneault - Owner, Managing Broker, CBR
Bob has been a licensed real estate broker since 1972. During the early 80's he left the industry to head up international sales and marketing at Timberpeg Post and Beam Homes only to return fifteen years later and bring this experience to real estate sales in the Lake Sunapee area. "Whether you're negotiating internationally or locally it all comes to listening to clients needs, customized professional marketing and follow up." He brings a wealth of organizational skills and an easygoing manner that makes every transaction a pleasant experience. Bob is a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR).

Susan Vigneault - Owner, Sales Associate, CBR
A native to Sunapee, Susan has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales and service. "Over time I have seen market values rise and fall, and rise again. The important lesson is that no matter how high the interest rates or low the market demand, there is always a buyer for every property." Susan brings a can-do spirit to the office. John Mapley - Sales Associate
John has been a Sunapee resident for 16 years and currently resides at Indian Cave with his wife, Robin. Prior to becoming an agent, John served as Vice President of Photo Finishing with the Nashua Corporation. He is Director of the Sunapee Harbor South Boat Club, a trustee of the Abbot library and past President of the Indian Cave Owner's Association. John's community involvement and professional experience bring unique value to his buyers and sellers when helping them find their way home.

Tracy Nangeroni - Sales Associate
Tracy grew-up summering on Lake Sunapee. Her love for the area prompted a decision to move here after college and she and her husband have been full time residents for the past 14 years. They have long been involved in a family-owned solar and air systems businesses. On the local level, she is currently the treasurer of the Abbott Library Board of Trustees. Tracy brings tremendous enthusiasm to whatever endeavor she undertakes and the real estate business has always been her true calling.

A Sunapee native with a business degree and years of experience in sales and national marketing. Dave owned Docks Plus for 15 years, a hands-on marine construction firm that serviced Lake Sunapee waterfront. For the past 12 years, his business experience has been widely utilized as a sales executive for CSI, Shelter Technologies, and Precision Quincy. Dave's sales and national marketing experience involve a high level of negotiation skills to broker your real estate transactions on or off the lake. “My area knowledge and connections will certainly be the added advantage for any client looking to call the Sunapee area home.”
Bob Henry - Sales Associate
After a career in sales and management at IBM, Bob permanently moved to Sunapee. His purchase and operation of the Mt. Sunapee II tour boat and related businesses further enhanced his knowledge of the lakefront and surrounding area. In Sunapee, Bob has served as chairman of the Water & Sewer Commission, as a member of the Zoning Board and is a longtime Lion’s Club member. Bob is also an enthusiastic sailor, racing in both the Lake Sunapee Cruising Fleet and the Lake Sunapee Yacht Club star fleet.

May Henry - Sales Associate
A college summer job first brought May to Lake Sunapee, and she has resided here seasonally or full-time ever since. Her varied career includes teaching in a federal prison and serving as the VP of Business Development for a Boston employment agency. Locally, May is active as a church trustee, Hospice volunteer, Lion’s Club member, Sunapee gardener, and in sailboat racing on Lake Sunapee.
Cliff Field - Sales Associate
Cliff brings over 25 years of construction experience to his real estate career. Born and raised in Germany, he speaks fluent German and has resided in Sunapee since 1980. Cliff is a graduate of both Sunapee High School and NHTI in Concord. As project manager for Northcape Design from 2002 until 2007 and in the years since, Cliff’s expertise and attention to detail have contributed to the completion of fine custom homes throughout the area. His wealth of local knowledge and proven ability to provide guidance to his clients, make for smooth, successful transactions.
