Bob Vigneault - Owner, Managing Broker
Bob has been a licensed real estate broker since 1972. During the early 80's he left the industry to head up international sales and marketing at Timberpeg Post and Beam Homes only to return fifteen years later and bring this experience to real estate sales in the Lake Sunapee area. "Whether you're negotiating internationally or locally it all comes to listening to clients needs, customized professional marketing and follow up." He brings a wealth of organizational skills and an easygoing manner that makes every transaction a pleasant experience.

Susan Vigneault - Owner Associate
A native to Sunapee, Susan has over 25 years of experience in real estate sales and service. "Over time I have seen market values rise and fall, and rise again. The important lesson is that no matter how high the interest rates or low the market demand, there is always a buyer for every property." Susan brings a can-do spirit to the office. Her area knowledge, positive attitude and meticulous approach instills confidence in her buyers and sellers that leads to referrals, a responsibility everyone at Harbor Light takes great pride in.

Pam Richardson - Broker Associate
Pam's career in real estate started in 1989. She has been a Sunapee resident for 26 years and is a Sunapee graduate from the class of 1984. She is an active community member and can be found participating in after-school programs from basketball to girl scouts. Before coming to Harbor Light, Pam worked a number of years for the town of Sunapee and her area knowled and connections bring a high level of services to her buyers and sellers. But it is Pam's "make it happen" attitude that sets her apart from the typical agent. She sees what needs to be done, teams up with her clients and gets the job completed to everyone's satisfaction.

John Mapley - Sales Associate
John has been a Sunapee resident for 16 years and currently resides at Indian Cave with his wife, Robin. Prior to becoming an agent, John served as Vice President of Photo Finishing with the Nashua Corporation. He is Director of the Sunapee Harbor South Boat Club, a trustee of the Abbot library and past President of the Indian Cave Owner's Association. John's community involvement and professional experience bring unique value to his buyers and sellers when helping them find their way home.

Linda Flanders - Sales Associate
Linda brings over 20 years of sales experience to the team at Harbor Light. Her influence extends to the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors (NHAR) and is president of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors. She has been active in the Newport/Goshen area all her life, and currently resides there with her husband Bardy. Beyond real estate, Linda keeps occupied with six grandchildren and enjoys gardening, farming and breeding German Shorthair Pointers.

Alan Menard - Broker Associate
Alan, a life-long resident of the Sunapee area, brings over 15 years of real estate experience to each transaction. He has been involved in a number of community groups and organizations over the years. Before becomming a broker, Alan owned and operated Granite State Construction, a full-service contracting company. He and his crew built or renovated a number of fine homes in the area. His clients have found this background to be especially helpful when deciding to buy, build or sell.

Melissa Miller - Broker Associate and Rental Manager
Melissa joined the Harbor Light Realty team in 2008 with 15 years experience in rentals and property management. Melissa began her career in real estate after graduating from college with a degree in business management. She and her family reside in Wilmot; her territory for serving clients and customers ranges from Salisbury to Newport, Warner to Eastman. Years of assisting both owners and tenants have brought her lasting relationships and lifelong friends. For Melissa, that's what the business is all about!
